To wear the circle nipple shields just wind the adjustable nipple ring that sits in the center of the shield around your erect nipples.

The circle shields are 1 3/4 inches across.
In the center of the the shield the twisted ring opens up to 1/2 an inch. The ring closes down to an 3/8 inch. That way it fits all different sizes of nipples.
