Wearing these nipple shields is very easy. By looking at the above picture you can see how the nipple ring that sits in the center of the shield is wound firmly around your erect nipple.

The flower shields are 1 3/4 inches across.
In the center of the the shield the twisted ring opens up to 1/2 an inch. The ring closes down to an 3/8 inch. That way it fits all different sizes of nipples.
