Wearing the star shields is very easy. By looking at the above picture you can see how the nipple rings sit in the center of the shields. They can be wound firmly around your erect nipple.
Sizing
The star shields are 1 3/4 inches across.
In the center of the the shield the twisted ring opens up to 1/2 an inch. The ring closes down to an 3/8 inch. That way it fits all different sizes of nipples.
