The small shields are 1 inch across.
The center opening in the shield is the same size as for the larger nipple shields. The ring in the center of the shield opens up to 1/2 inch across. For a smaller nipple as seen in the above picture the ring will wind down to 3/8 inch.

The shields are 2.5 cm across.
